This document outlines all of the terms governing your use of Paris World’s website (www.parisworld.in), live chat support, and related services (“Site”). By accessing or using any part of the Site, placing orders, or engaging via live chat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Acceptance of Terms

• 1.1 Use of the Site is subject to these Terms and applicable Indian laws including the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
• 1.2 Users under 18 require parental consent and supervision (Indian Majority Act, 1875).
• 1.3 Paris World may modify Terms anytime. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

2. Registration, Account Security & Eligibility

• 2.1 Users must register with accurate information and keep it updated.
• 2.2 Responsibility lies with users to secure passwords and report unauthorized use.
• 2.3 Users must be legally eligible to contract. Violations may result in termination.

3. Product Information, Pricing & Orders

• 3.1 Descriptions and images are indicative. Variations may occur.
• 3.2 Orders may be cancelled due to errors, stock issues, or fraud.
• 3.3 Orders are offers under Section 2(a) of the Indian Contract Act, accepted upon dispatch.
• 3.4 Paris World reserves rights to correct pricing and detail errors.

4. Payments & Fraud Prevention

• 4.1 Only authorized payment methods must be used. Fraud is prosecutable.
• 4.2 Paris World does not store full payment data.
• 4.3 Paris World is not liable for transaction failures due to external factors.

5. Delivery, Returns, Replacements & Refunds

• 5.1 Delivery timelines are estimates. No compensation for delays.
• 5.2 Returns permitted within 48 hours for damaged or incorrect items with proof.
• 5.3 Refunds subject to 10% restocking fee, shipping, and duties.
• 5.4 Sale and discounted items are non-returnable.

6. Live Chat and Communication Policy

• 6.1 Chat may be paused or discontinued without notice.
• 6.2 Only valid support queries allowed.
• 6.3 Abusive or illegal content is prohibited and monitored.
• 6.4 All communication is deemed valid and binding. Opt-out via support@parisworld.in.

7. Acceptable Use

• Prohibited: Illegal, obscene content, malware, spam, unauthorized access or interference.
• Violations may lead to criminal/civil penalties.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

• 8.1 All Site content is owned/licensed by Paris World.
• 8.2 Personal use only. Reproduction requires consent.
• 8.3 User-generated content may be reused by Paris World royalty-free.

9. Force Majeure

Paris World is not liable for delays/failures due to natural disasters, war, pandemics, or unforeseeable events under Section 56 of the Indian Contract Act.

10. Limitation of Liability

• 10.1 Services are provided "as is" without warranties.
• 10.2 Not liable for indirect, incidental losses.
• 10.3 Liability limited to product value.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Paris World for any claims arising from your breach, misuse or illegal conduct.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

• 12.1 Paris World may suspend/terminate accounts at its discretion.
• 12.2 Terminated users must stop usage and settle dues.

13. Governing Law, Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

• 13.1 Governed by Indian Contract Act, IT Act, Consumer Protection Act, etc.
• 13.2 Disputes to be resolved in Surat courts or arbitration in Mumbai.

14. Severability & Entire Agreement

• 14.1 Invalid provisions don’t affect remaining Terms.
• 14.2 This document supersedes prior agreements.
