At Paris World, we are committed to delivering your orders efficiently and securely worldwide. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our procedures and customer responsibilities.
Domestic & International Shipping
Domestic Shipping: Minimal cost across India.
International Shipping:
- Free Shipping on orders above USD $250 / INR 16,600
- USD $19.95 / INR 1,659 – Standard international destinations
- USD $29.95 / INR 2,489 – Expanded coverage countries
- USD $49.95 / INR 4,149 – Premium/remote countries
Note: Courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a full street address with correct ZIP/Postal code.
Dispatch Confirmation Email
Once your order is ready for shipping, we’ll email you the dispatch details including:
- Product images
- Courier tracking number
- Expected delivery date
If we do not receive a reply to the dispatch email within 24 hours, your order will be shipped automatically.
Alterations & Virtual Shopping
If you opt for video shopping or customized orders:
- Measurements will be taken via video call.
- Minor post-delivery alterations are the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping Weight and Charges
Shipping cost is calculated per kilogram (Kg) and rounded up to the nearest 500g. Product weights are visible on product pages.
Delivery Timeline
- Domestic: 4–6 working days
- International Delivery: 15–20 working days (depending on country and customs clearance)
Note: Deliveries are made Monday to Friday only.
Delivery Attempts
- 2 attempts will be made for delivery
- Further attempts or local pickup is customer's responsibility
- Deliveries to hotels, hostels, etc. are at customer’s risk
Transit Risk
- We’ll re-ship if courier confirms loss
- No liability once parcel is marked delivered
- If left at doorstep (as per country policy), we’re not responsible
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
Customs duties and VAT are country-specific and not included in the order amount. These must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, a tracking ID will be sent via email. You can also log into your account at www.parisworld.in to view tracking.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Courier companies may charge a penalty for incorrect addresses. These charges are the customer's responsibility. Please ensure all address fields are correct.

Note: We will notify you in case of abnormal delays, but compensation is not applicable.
Domestic Payment & RBI Guidelines
Foreign currency payments must be delivered internationally. For domestic delivery, pay via:

- Cash at Store
Packaging & Product Disclaimer
We ensure quality packaging. However, minor damage to delicate embellishments (zari, mirror work, sequins) is not covered under transit warranty.
