SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
Paris understands the importance of fast, efficient service and hence strives to deliver your orders in a timely manner. Our large network aims to provide your orders in a quick, secure way and takes about 15-30 days.
Payment of your order is accepted through Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Razor Pay and most international credit and debit cards. We currently accept payments in US dollar, Singapore Dollar, Euros, Australian Dollar, Canadian Dollar, and Indian Rupees.
To be eligible to receive your purchase from the website, a minimum of 1 product needs to be ordered.
MRPs of all products are inclusive of all the taxes. The taxes are levied as per the government laws (bound to change as per the change in government tax laws).
For Indian Customers, product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties. For International Customers, product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
Once your order has been placed, you can change the delivery address within 24 hours. However, should you need to do this; you can call our client care team who will be able to assist further. After the packing of the product is complete, no modification in the shipping address will be accepted.
In case the order does not reach you within the stipulated time period, you can raise the complaint at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
All cancellations will be accepted before the order has been packaged and shipped. Once the order has been packed, cancellations will not be accepted. After the order has been shipped, only return will be available which will be accepted after the order is received by the customer.
We want you to love your shopping experience with us, but if something isn’t right, do kindly let us know.
As a standard company protocol across all direct point of sales, Paris does not endorse any return or exchange policy irrespective of a domestic or international order, neither on off the rack not on made to order pieces except in case of the below mentioned exceptional scenarios:
- If the merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective.
- If there is an irreparable technical issue with an altered/ordered piece against the client specifications, for example – sizing issue, fabric covering, colour mismatch, length issue, etc.
- If there has been an unprecedented delay in your order and Paris has not notified you of the same.
In all the above scenarios, the client must notify us about the issue over a call or email during business hours but most importantly with an email stating the concerns clearly along with the images of the problem areas in the outfit within 24 hours of receiving it.
However, it is only after receiving an acknowledgement of the same from Paris, you may send the outfit back to us for the necessary corrective actions. Unsolicited returns will not be received without authorization. The customer will be responsible to pick-up products sent without prior intimation. Once the garment is received by Paris, please be informed that the sole discretion of accepting the return and/or exchange of the rejected piece lies with Paris only based on the timelines and quality of the returned piece.
While returning the outfit please ensure that the merchandise is unused, and is in a properly sealed condition as you received it, with its original packaging.
The decision however will be taken within 2-3 business days of receiving the outfit and you will be duly notified of the same.
All approved returns and/or exchanges initiate a refund within 48 hours to your bank. The amount should reflect within 15 business days after the refund has been processed by us. Kindly follow up with your bank directly after we have initiated your refund.
No returns or exchanges are allowed on discounted outfits.
