You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing the airway bill number (AWB) and a link to the tracking portal for the courier service being used for your shipment. In case of any additional shipping related queries please reach out to our client care team

Once you have shortlisted an item, select your size and click on the ‘Add to cart” button.

Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the ‘Shopping Bag’ icon at the top of the page.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

 

  • WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND AFTER CANCELLING MY ORDER?

 

After receiving your cancellation request, we will initiate a refund within 48 hours to your bank. The amount should reflect within 15 business days after the refund has been processed by us. Kindly follow up with your bank directly after we have initiated your refund.

 

  • CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

 

You have the option of cancelling your purchase & claiming a refund. However, this is only allowed for 24 hours from the time of purchase. In this case, we will initiate a refund within 48 hours to your bank. The amount should reflect within 15 business days after the refund has been processed by us. For any cancellation requests received after 24 hours from the time of purchase, Paris shall have no liability in relation to any claim for a refund.

 

 

  • HOW DO I PLACE A REQUEST FOR EXCHANGE OR CANCEL?

  • CAN I AMEND THE DELIVERY ADDRESS ONCE THE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

 

Once your order has been placed, you can change the delivery address within 24 hours. However, should you need to do this; you can call our customer care team who will be able to assist further.

 

  • WILL THERE BE ADDITIONAL TAXES PAYABLE ON MY PURCHASE?

 

For Indian Customers, product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties. For International Customers, product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
